Le Familial is a delightful cottage designed for families and groups seeking a cozy retreat. This charming cottage features two bedrooms: one with a Queen bed and another with a Double bed and two single bunk beds. Additionally, a double sofa bed in the living area allows Le Familial to comfortably accommodate up to six people. Le Familial is equipped with air conditioning, wifi, IPTV, firewood, and a fire pit. The cottage provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for creating lasting memories with loved ones. The rental includes a pontoon boat with a 9.9 HP motor. Pets are welcome, so feel free to bring your furry friends along to enjoy the experience with you!
A valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card is required to use the boat. Fishing equipment can be rented on request for an extra charge. Fishing package available on request.

DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit (paid via e-transfer) is required at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable if the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival (see cancellation policy).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: Deposit will be fully refunded to you via e-transfer.
Cancellations between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded to you via e-transfer.Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival date: No refund
